I took pictures at  my temple’s Chanukah celebration last night – a very joyous event. I boiled it down to three even though I have a ton of adorable photos of kids. The middle one is a giant outside menorah made out of piping. And a plateful of latkes and apple sauce. Perfect.

I flew to New York yesterday and had an inspired moment on the plane. Last year, I did a drawing or something for everyday of the holiday. This year, the images come when they may. It was sunset when this one popped out – perfect timing to light the candles in my drawing.
