Vinland Fair time of year

I have been pretty scarce lately – work and such has swept me away. But now it is time for the Vinland Fair – the sweetest country fair you ever will see – no rides, no internet, no cell phones (no signals out there) – just lots of pie, hay bale throwing, turtle races, tractor pulls, ice cream making contests, chicken and bunny competitions and watermelon seed spitting contests.
