time to relax

I will be taking a few days off visiting family and going to a conference. It might get awfully quiet around here for a little while.

birthday jitters

Ok, I’m supposed to be happy today but it’s not exactly looking like that. I guess I can try this again next year. Or stop worrying and learn to love the abyss.

anxiety corner #12

FreefloatingAnx

Many years ago, I created about 12  images for a series called Anxiety Corner. It was during my greeting card phase and it seemed ironic and funny at the time. I showed the series to a company that specialized in humor cards and the art director disliked them immediately. She said it gave her too much anxiety. I couldn’t decide whether it was her problem or mine.
